An individual outside of our community attempted to hack into our website and ordering system in an effort to scam us. Because your trust and safety come first, we immediately took everything offline to investigate thoroughly and ensure there was no breach of customer data, no compromised accounts, and no successful access to our systems. Our team has completed a full security review, strengthened our protections, and confirmed that no customer information was exposed. Your order hits the kitchen the moment it's placed. No waiting on a link or a second confirmation — tell Smashie you're paying cash and we start cooking. 🥤 CUSTOMIZING IS FASTER ON YOUR PHONE We rebuilt how toppings and shake flavors show up on small screens. Lite and Extra are spelled out instead of + and -, options sit two to a row, and everything is tighter — so building a burger or a shake takes a lot less scrolling. 🚗 CURBSIDE, CLEARER THAN EVER The pickup zones and parking markers were re-verified, and step-by-step curbside instructions now live on our Contact page. We spent the last stretch doing work no customer ever sees, and we want you to know it happened. 🔒 YOUR TOTAL IS LOCKED IN, EVERY TIME Every order is priced on our side, not on whatever a device sends us. Each line has to match our real menu — and if a price can't be verified, the order stops instead of guessing. Nobody can talk our system into a different total than the one you agreed to. 💳 PAYMENTS ARE SET UP SAFELY Card checkouts, phone payment links, merch orders, and payment confirmations were rebuilt around one rule: verify first, cook second. We also retired our old payment paths so there's only one way in, and it's the hardened one. 📵 NOBODY CAN PRETEND TO BE US Every call, text, and message that reaches our phone line and ordering systems is checked against the real source first. That's what keeps someone from dialing or texting you and passing themselves off as Flavor Isle. 📋 YOUR INFO STAYS YOURS Customer lookups, phone logs, and sign-up forms are locked down and rate-limited, so nobody can scrape our customer list or hammer our systems. Text sign-ups need a real, confirmed opt-in before anything recurring goes out, and reward claims require a signed-in account so points can't be grabbed in somebody else's name. 🛡️ THE CREW'S TOOLS ARE CLOSED TO EVERYONE ELSE The behind-the-scenes jobs that sync orders, menus, and store settings now require a signed-in admin or an internal key — not just anyone who finds the address. Admin sign-ins are logged, so we know who did what and when. 🚫 PROBLEM CALLERS STOP AT THE DOOR Numbers that abuse the crew are blocked across calls, texts, website chat, and checkout. If you're not on that list, you'll never notice anything changed. 🙅 WHEN IN DOUBT, WE SAY NO Several of these systems now fail closed: if something can't be verified, it gets refused rather than allowed. Then we text you a secure payment link — tap it, pay, and the crew fires the grill the second it clears. Same menu and same prices you get ordering online. 💬 YOU CAN TEXT YOUR ORDER, TOO Not a phone person? Text the same number. Smashie takes the order, texts you the secure pay link, and your food starts the moment it's paid. ⚠️ ALLERGY NOTES, DOWN TO THE SHAKE Tell us about an allergy and it rides all the way to the kitchen. You can now flag one specific milkshake with its own note, so the crew knows exactly which cup it belongs to — and allergy notes at checkout still print with your order. 🥤 LITE OR EXTRA ON EVERY SHAKE FLAVOR Milkshake flavors now use the same − / + control as the burgers: − is Lite, + is Extra, and regular is just leaving it alone. Corvette Car Clubs Cruise In

Last Saturday the Bowling Green Corvette clubs rolled through on their way home from the museum and filled our lot. Great cars, great people, and a whole lot of Deluxe burgers. Car clubs are always welcome at the Isle — call ahead and we'll have your order ready when you roll in. We're 0.7 miles from I-65 Exit 38, always on your left coming from either direction.

Curbside Pickup is Here — We Bring It to Your Car

No need to come inside — we'll bring your order right to your car. Curbside pickup is live on the site, and here's exactly how it works, step by step: STEP 1 — ORDER ONLINE AND PICK CURBSIDE Head to crave.flavor-isle.com, build your order, and when you get to checkout, choose "Pickup" and then select "Curbside" as your pickup method. You'll see a special vehicle section pop up — tell us your car's color, make, and model so the crew knows what to look for before you even pull in. STEP 2 — PAY AND CONFIRM Finish checkout like normal — pay with your card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You'll get a confirmation email and text with your order number. Your order goes straight to the kitchen and the Square register, just like an in-store order. STEP 3 — DRIVE OVER AND PICK YOUR ZONE Pull into our lot at 103 N Main St, Smiths Grove. When you open the order status page on your phone, you'll see a map of our parking zones: • Zone A — Front Door (right out front on N Main St) • Zone B — Side Lot (east side of the building) • Zone C — Back Lot (pull around to the rear) • Zone D — Street Parking (angle parking along N Main St) Tap the zone you parked in so we can find you fast. STEP 4 — TAP "I'M HERE" Hit the "I'm Here" button on the order status page. It's been a busy week at Flavor Isle! Here's everything we've added to the site since our last update: • Distance-based delivery pricing — delivery fees now scale with how far you are from the store. Closer addresses cost less, and we've expanded our delivery range so more of Smiths Grove and the surrounding area can get burgers and shakes delivered right to their door. • I-65 Exit 38 traveler stop page — just passing through? We built a dedicated landing page for folks getting off at Exit 38 with directions, hours, and a quick way to order ahead so your food's ready when you pull up. Perfect for road trips. • A fresher, cleaner cookie consent banner — we redesigned the privacy pop-up at the bottom of the site with a softer frosted-glass look and easier-to-tap buttons. You stay in control of your data, and it looks better doing it. • Printable flyer — want to spread the word?
